New Sanjay Hair Art

Our shop is called New Sanjay Hair Art and you can find us on Narena Road in Dudu. We are situated near the Government Hospital, so it is a very easy place to find if you are in this part of Jaipur. The shop itself is pretty basic, just like most of the places around here. We have the usual mirrors and the chairs that we have had since we started. I spend a lot of time sharpening the razors and making sure the towels are clean for the next person. It gets quite busy on the weekends when everyone from the village comes into Dudu for their supplies. We hear a lot of stories from the people who sit in our chairs, mostly about their farms or their families. It is a good way to pass the time while we work. The walls have a few posters of different hairstyles, but most people just ask for the same thing every time. We don't mind. The electricity can be a bit unreliable in Dudu, so we have a few torches ready just in case the lights go out while we are in the middle of a cut. It is just the way things go here, and we are used to it by now.
