Our school sits on Shipra Path in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur. It’s a pretty large campus, which is necessary given how many people live in this part of the city. The sun can be really intense here, so the buildings are designed to stay as cool as possible. We have wide corridors and plenty of rooms, though it still feels crowded when the classes are changing. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations in the hallways, just the usual notices and some student work. The staff is quite large, and we all have our own routines for getting through the day. The playground is one of the biggest parts of the property, and it gets a lot of use even when it’s dusty. We spend a good portion of our budget just on maintenance, like fixing the plumbing or repainting the lines on the sports court. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement from morning until late afternoon. The main office is always full of people asking questions or dropping off forms. We try to keep things running smoothly, but with a place this size, there’s always something that needs fixing. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel; we are just a place where kids come to learn. Most of us have been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood grow up around the school. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do.
