Vijay Path is a decent area to work in. Mansarovar is huge, so we get people from all over this side of the city. The shop is at number 5. It’s a simple setup. Mostly it's about phones and the things that go with them. People come in when their screen is cracked or they need a new battery because the old one won't hold a charge. Navkar Mobile has been around for a while. It’s not a corporate store. It’s just a place where we sit and handle whatever comes our way. Some days it’s really quiet and we just sit there watching the street. Other days, everyone seems to have a problem with their phone at the same time. We have chargers, earphones, and all the usual stuff. The inventory takes up a lot of space, and sometimes it's hard to find a specific item quickly in the back. We just do our best to stay on top of things. The lighting isn't the best in the evening, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. It's mostly just people in the neighborhood knowing we are here. If someone needs a second-hand phone, we might have something, but it depends on what's been traded in recently. We spend a lot of time on our stools behind the counter. It's a living. We don't make any big promises, we just try to get the job done so people can leave happy.
