Nalanda Education Centre

We set up the Nalanda Education Centre on Karve Marg in the Mansarovar area quite some time ago. Our spot is at number 104/152 and it is a fairly easy place to spot if you are looking for it along the road. The building has seen a lot of different students pass through its doors over the years. It is definitely not the newest place on the block, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. Inside, we have several rooms set up for teaching and some small desk space for the staff to sit and work. It is often quite busy in the afternoons when everyone shows up at the same time for their classes. We don't do anything flashy or modern here. It is mostly just about the daily lessons and making sure every student has what they need for their studies. The neighborhood is a mix of family homes and small local shops so it feels very much like a community. Sometimes the ceiling fans are a bit loud but they keep the air moving during the hotter months of the year. We have stayed in the same location because everyone in Mansarovar knows us here. It is just a regular part of our day to see the kids coming in with their heavy bags. We keep things pretty low-key and quiet. There aren't any big banners or neon signs outside. Just the name on the door and people working inside. It is a practical setup for the local families.
