You’ll find Miyanbazaz Impex at 7 Surya Nagar, in the Taro Ke Kunt area off Tonk Road. It is a residential-looking spot but we have got our operations set up here. Tonk Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, so being tucked away in Surya Nagar is a bit nicer. The building is just a regular house that we have converted into our workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which we like. We have different rooms for different things. One room is full of boxes, another has the computers. It is not a corporate setup at all. We wear casual clothes and sometimes the neighbor's dog wanders by. We’ve been here for several years. The local shopkeepers know us, and we get our lunch from the nearby stalls. It is a simple way of working. We don't have a big HR department or anything; it is just us talking to each other. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. It is a practical, low-key place. We focus on getting our shipments out on time without making a big deal of it. It is just a small business doing its thing in a quiet corner of the city.
