Mitali Telepoint

Mitali Telepoint is located on Kiran Path in Mansarovar. It is a decent-sized residential area so we get a lot of local families coming in. We have been here at number 31503 for a long time. The shop is small and packed with all sorts of things related to phones. We do recharges, sell sim cards, and fix phones when they act up. It is a neighborhood shop where people stop by to chat while they wait for their phone to update. We have a counter and some shelves with chargers and earphones. Usually, it is just one or two of us working here. We know the people around the block. If someone’s kid breaks their screen, they bring it to us. We try to get it done quickly because everyone needs their phone these days. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings but gets busier when school lets out. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements. Just the name on the board outside. We keep things simple. If a repair is too big for us, we say so. We don't like to keep people waiting for no reason. Our day starts around ten and we stay open until the evening. It is a steady life and we are happy being part of the Mansarovar community. Just a regular place for regular phone needs. We just do what needs doing every single day. It is nice to have people recognize you.
