Minarch Exports (P) Limited

Our office is in Ram Bhawan, over in Sangram Colony. C-Scheme is a nice area, and we’ve been at J-2/81 for quite a while now. We handle exports, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. The building has a lot of character, though the plumbing acts up sometimes. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers where we track orders and talk to buyers. It’s not a high-tech setup, just what we need to get the job done. We deal with a lot of different products, mostly whatever our clients need us to source and ship out. Sometimes it's textiles, sometimes it's hardware. We have to be flexible. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break and talk about things other than work. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all worked together for years. We know each other’s families and how we like our coffee. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us in our shirtsleeves working through the piles of paperwork. We just want to make sure the containers get loaded and the paperwork is correct so there aren't any delays at the port. It’s about being thorough and not missing the small details. Sometimes we have to stay late when a shipment is pending, but we don't mind the extra effort. We just take it one day at a time here in Sangram Colony and try to keep our heads on straight.
