Metro Shoppee- Sony Ericsson Service Centre

If you have ever been to Vaishali Nagar, you know how crowded it gets near Residency Towers. That is where we are, specifically in G-1. Metro Shoppee has been the place where folks bring their Sony Ericsson phones when they start acting up. We see a lot of cracked screens and batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. It is a small shop, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels a bit tight. We have a couple of technicians who spend most of their day under bright desk lamps looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. It is tedious work and sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, which some customers don't always like. We try to be upfront about how long things will take. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. The air conditioner in here makes a weird rattling sound sometimes but it keeps the place cool enough during the Jaipur summers. People usually come in frustrated because their phone is dead, and we just do what we can to get them back on their way. We are not trying to be some big corporate center. It is just us fixing phones and trying to keep up with all the new models coming out. Some days we have more spare parts than we know what to do with, and other days we are hunting for one specific cable.
