Mehaai Polymers

Mehaai Polymers is located in the RIICO Industrial Area, plots 155 and 158. Being in the industrial part of Jaipur GPO means it’s a lot of noise and trucks all day. We make plastic parts and items here. It’s a factory, so it’s not the cleanest place, but the machines keep running as much as they can. We have a small office in the front where we handle the orders and the paperwork. Most of our work is for other businesses, so we don't get many walk-in customers. The heat from the machines can be quite a lot in the summer months, especially when the fans aren't enough. We started this because we knew a bit about how polymers work and saw a gap in the market here. It’s been a lot of hard work getting the power connections and the staff sorted out. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished look. Our focus is just making sure the production doesn't stop. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to jump in to fix it. It’s a busy life for us. We eat our lunch together in the shed when we get a break. The road outside is usually broken because of the heavy lorries. We’ve been here for several years now and have grown slowly. It’s just a practical business doing what it can to survive in a competitive field.
