Having those three plots joined together gives us a decent amount of room for the senior secondary students. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to how the buildings are connected. We spend our mornings checking in students and getting the classrooms ready. It’s not a flashy place, just a regular school where people come to learn. The walls are covered with student work and notices about upcoming tests. We have been in L S Nagar for a while, so the neighbors are used to the noise during recess. Sometimes the traffic in Vidhyadhar Nagar gets a little backed up, but we manage. We don't use any complicated systems for teaching. It’s mostly just teachers at the front and students at their desks. We fix things when they break and keep the fans running when it's hot. Every year we see new faces and say goodbye to the ones who graduate. It’s a steady cycle. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just open the gates every morning and do our jobs at A-44, 45, and 46. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it by now.
