If you find yourself on Karni Place Road in Vaishali Nagar, you might notice Mayur Hair Dress at Shop No-1. Vaishali Nagar is such a busy area of Jaipur, always something happening and new places popping up. Our shop is just a small slice of that life. We focus mostly on hair cutting and the usual stuff like beard trims. The shop isn't very big, so when three or four people are waiting, it feels quite full and lively. We have some old posters on the wall and the radio is usually playing some music in the background to keep things going. It’s a place where you don't have to dress up to visit. Just come as you are. Most of our customers live in the flats nearby or work in the shops along the road. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long, but sometimes you just can't help it when it’s busy. The chairs are comfortable enough for a twenty-minute cut. We’ve been at this for a while, and the scissors feel like part of our hands now.
