Mathematics Coaching Classes

If you walk down Prabhu Marg in Tilak Nagar, you'll find us at B-21. It’s a simple setup for math classes. We started this because there weren't many places nearby where kids could just sit and focus on their sums. The room is basic. We have some benches and a board. Every morning I come in, wipe down the tables, and get the books ready. It’s a lot of work keeping track of different grades and what they're learning in school. Some days the students are tired after their regular school hours, so we take things slow. Math can be frustrating, I know that. We spend a lot of time on long division or geometry, depending on what's coming up in their tests. The light in the room is okay during the day, but we turn on the big bulbs in the evening. There's a small shop nearby where we get our stationery. I've seen many kids grow up through these classes, starting in middle school and staying until they graduate. It feels like a small community here on Prabhu Marg. Nothing is very formal. We just sit, talk about numbers, and try to make sense of the formulas. Sometimes we have to stay late if a student is really struggling with a concept. It's just how we do things here. We keep a few extra umbrellas by the door for when it rains unexpectedly in Tilak Nagar. It's just a small service for the neighborhood families who come here daily.
