Shringar Fashion Jaipur

Out in the Riico Industrial Area in Mansarover, it gets pretty hot during the summer. Shringar Fashion is located at H- 2, and it’s a standard industrial unit. We have high ceilings and lots of fans going to keep the air moving while we work. Jaipur is known for its clothes, and we are just one small part of that tradition. The machines run most of the day. It’s a steady hum that you get used to after a while. We have a lot of people from the local area working with us. It’s not a flashy fashion house with runways; it’s a place where things are actually made. There’s thread everywhere and scrap fabric on the floor by the end of the shift. We try to sweep up, but it just piles up again tomorrow. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the orders. Getting things out on time is the main goal. We have a small area for breaks where we sit and talk about our families. It feels like a small community inside these four walls. We’ve been in Mansarover for a while and seen the industrial area grow up around us. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We just keep our heads down and get the sewing finished.
