We are over in Vaishali Nagar, specifically at Chitrakoot Marg 3 near Bhura Patel Nagar. It’s a mix of a stationery shop and a communication place. We sell notebooks, pens, and all the stuff kids need for school. On the communication side, we handle things like recharges or maybe some basic phone help. The shop stays quite busy during the school season when everyone needs new supplies at once. It’s a bit of a squeeze in here sometimes with all the boxes of paper and pens everywhere. We’ve been in this part of Vaishali Nagar for a while and we know most of the people who live around here. It’s a friendly enough spot. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local shop where you can pick up what you need on your way home. Sometimes we forget to restock something and have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small place yourself. The shelves are usually packed tight. We spend a lot of time sorting out notebooks or helping someone figure out a phone issue. It’s practical work. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just our name on the front. People know we are here if they need a pen or a quick top-up for their mobile. It’s a steady life and we like being part of the local street.
