M V Jain & Associates

You can find M V Jain & Associates over at the Trade Centre on Sahkar Marg. Our unit is F-4, located in the 11-12 block of the Lalkothi Scheme. It’s a very well-known spot because we are right opposite J P Phatak. If you’ve ever been stuck at the railway crossing there, you’ve probably seen the building. It’s a busy, noisy area with a lot of energy. The Trade Centre itself has been around for ages, and it shows its age a bit, but we like it that way. It feels like a place where real work gets done. Our office is stuffed with folders and old books. We don’t have any of that modern open-plan stuff; it’s just a traditional office setup. Sahkar Marg is always crowded, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our window. We’ve been here so long that we don’t even notice the sound of the trains anymore. We aren’t into fancy titles or corporate talk. We just handle the tasks that come our way. Most of our day is spent talking to people or filling out forms. It’s a practical life. We get our tea from the small shop nearby and keep at it until the evening. Lalkothi is a good place to be based because it’s so central, even if the traffic at the phatak can be a real pain sometimes.
