Parineeta Fashions

We are way up on the 4th floor of Saraogi Mansion, in units 436 and 437. Being at No. 19 in the building means we have a bit of a walk from the entrance, and the elevator can be slow during the lunch hour when everyone is moving. Parineeta Fashions isn't a street-level shop, so it’s a bit quieter up here than down on the main road. We use the space mostly to store our collections and handle the bulk of our work. The windows look out over the city, which is nice when it rains. We have a lot of clothes hanging on long rails that stretch across the room. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around. We spend our time checking the stitching on the pieces and making sure everything is packed correctly for the buyers. It’s just a few of us working here every day. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together near the back window where the light is better. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with the clothes to worry about that right now. It’s an honest living. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive fixtures in the office. We just have our stock and our desks. If you make it up to the 4th floor, you’ll find us busy with whatever latest shipment we received this morning.
