We’ve been working out of 104 Gem Vihar for a while now, just behind the stadium in Sanganer. Most days start pretty early because that’s just how things go when you’re dealing with farmers and agro products. It is a bit of a busy spot with people coming and going. We started Lokseva Farmer Agro Producer Company Ltd. to handle the logistics of what gets grown around here. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything. There are usually stacks of paperwork and samples of crops on the desks. Sometimes the dust from the stadium area blows in if we leave the windows open too long. We spend a lot of time talking to the local growers about their yields and what the market is doing. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger entries. Sanganer is a good place for this kind of work because everyone knows everyone else. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the building behind the stadium. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure things move from the farms to where they need to go. Sometimes it gets hectic during harvest season, and the office gets a bit messy, but we manage to keep track of everything. It’s just honest work done by people who live right here. We like the neighborhood even with the traffic and the noise from the stadium.
