Lokesh Hair Dresser

Lokesh Hair Dresser is located in Chharsa, on Gothwari Road in the Khora Lad Khani area of Jaipur. It is a bit out of the main city, so things move much slower here. I set up this shop because there weren't many places for people in this part of Jaipur to get their hair cut without going a long way. The building is just a simple one-room structure. I painted the door green a few years ago, but it has faded quite a bit since then. Inside, I have my main chair and a small bench for whoever is waiting. I usually have a jug of water and some glasses for the customers because it gets very hot on Gothwari Road. I handle everything myself, from the hair cutting to the cleaning. I don't have any big advertisements. People just know I am here by word of mouth. Sometimes I sit outside on a stool when there are no customers, just watching the tractors go by. The neighborhood is mostly made of families and local workers. It is a peaceful place to work. I don't have any big plans to expand or make the shop fancy. It is fine the way it is. I take pride in keeping my scissors sharp and my towels clean. If you are in Khora Lad Khani, you can't miss the shop because it is right by the road.
