If you ever find yourself around Nursery Circle in Vaishali Nagar, that’s where we are. Lilley Agritech is based in Flat No. 201 of Vaishali Tower-II. It’s more of an apartment-style office, which gives it a bit of a homey feel compared to a cold business building. We’ve got a view of the street from the window, and it’s nice to watch the traffic go by while we work. The office is usually filled with the smell of tea and the sound of keyboards. We handle all the agritech details from these rooms. It’s not a huge place, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. We don't go in for big marketing stunts or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors. Vaishali Nagar is a good part of Jaipur, and we’ve grown fond of this specific corner. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the seed specs. We don't have a formal dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but we don't mind. It’s a good spot to be in, and we like the balance of being in a residential tower while doing our business. We just keep things moving and focus on the day-to-day tasks that need doing.
