Lightron Industries

We are out in the Sudershanpura Industrial Area at C-51. Lightron Industries has been here for a long time, right near the Bais Godam post office. Being in an industrial area means it’s always noisy and there’s always dust from the trucks passing by. Our building is more of a workshop than an office. We make various lighting fixtures and parts. There’s the sound of machinery running most of the day, and the smell of metal and paint is just something we are used to now. It’s a practical space. We have benches for assembly and racks for all the finished goods. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want the lights to work like they should. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We take our tea breaks together outside when the weather is okay. Dealing with industrial lighting means we handle some pretty heavy stuff sometimes. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes because things get dirty. The Bais Godam area is perfect for us because it’s easy to get our products shipped out from here without any trouble. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’ve built a steady rhythm over the years. We just keep making our products and hope they help light up someone's factory or warehouse. It's a long day sometimes, but seeing the finished lights ready to go out makes it feel worth it.
