Leaders Academy

Leaders Academy is situated at B 9/647 in Vaishali Nagar. It is a fairly straightforward place. We handle a lot of students and classes here. The building isn't huge, but we make use of every room we have. It can get quite loud in the afternoons when the sessions are in full swing and everyone is talking at once. We started this because there was a need for it in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the world, just a place where people can come and learn something useful. Most of the staff live around here too, so we know the area well. The furniture is a bit older, and we are always running out of whiteboards or pens, but we manage. It is just the way things are when you are focused on teaching rather than looking fancy. Sometimes parents come in to talk about their kids, and we sit down in the little office area. We don't use big words or complicated plans. We just look at what the student needs and try to help them get there. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Vaishali Nagar is a good spot for us because it is easy for the locals to find. We are just a group of people who care about education and want to do right by the community. We have been here for a few years and seen many students move on to better things. It feels good to see them succeed.
