Our academy is located at Khasra No. 98 in Jharoda, which is near Bahror in Alwar. It’s a fairly large piece of land because we need the space for physical training. Lakshay Vidyapith Defence Academy Private Limited isn't your typical school. We spend a lot of time outdoors on the grounds. The area is a bit rural, which is good because it keeps the distractions away. We have some basic buildings for the theory classes, but the heart of the place is out on the field. The weather in Rajasthan can get really hot, so we start early in the morning. Our team is mostly made up of people who have an interest in the armed forces. We aren't polished or corporate. We are more about sweat and hard work. The road to get here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We don't mind the quiet out here. It helps the students focus on their drills. There is no fancy cafeteria, just a simple mess where we eat together. We aren't trying to sell a dream; we just show people what it takes to get into the defence services. It is tough work and we don't sugarcoat it. Most of us live nearby or on the site itself. It’s a community of people working toward a common goal without any unnecessary fluff. We just keep our heads down and do the training every day.
