Kirti Communication

Kirti Communication is located right on Baraf Khana Road in Jawahar Nagar. If you look for 698 B, you will see us there. It’s a busy street with plenty of people moving back and forth all day. We deal with all sorts of things related to phones and talking to people. The shop isn’t very big so it gets a bit crowded when more than two people come in at the same time. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. People come in looking for recharges or maybe a new cable because their old one broke again. Sometimes the heat on the road is too much but we have a small fan that keeps things moving inside. The Baraf Khana area has changed a lot over the years but we just keep doing our thing. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just sit here and talk to whoever walks through the door. Some days are good and some days we just wait for the clock to turn. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. One guy wants a SIM card, another needs a screen guard put on straight. It takes a bit of patience to get the bubbles out from under the glass. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can’t. That’s just the way it is here.
