Khandelwal Mobiles & Repairing Shop is situated at 44 204 on Agra Road. Being on Agra Road means we get a mix of local residents and people just passing through on their way out of the city. As the name says, we do a lot of repairing here. Our workbench is usually covered in tiny screws, screwdrivers, and dismantled phone parts. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but we know where everything is. We started this shop because we like fixing things. There is a certain satisfaction in making a dead phone turn on again. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space at 44 204. We have some chairs for customers to wait in while we work, though they usually just stand and watch. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just take the phone, figure out what's wrong, and try to fix it. Some days are slow and we just sit by the door watching the traffic on Agra Road. Other days, we have a backlog of repairs that keeps us busy until late at night. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and most people know they can just drop in without an appointment. It’s an honest job and we enjoy the daily routine of it. We just hope to keep the shop going for many more years and keep serving the folks around here.
