We are right here by the Main Bus Stand in Karansar. It gets pretty loud with the buses coming and going all day, but we are used to it now. My family has been around Renwal for a long time. People usually drop in when they are waiting for their ride or just passing through the village. The shop isn't huge, just enough space for a couple of chairs and some old mirrors. We keep the fans running high during the Jaipur summers because it gets dusty and hot outside. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the door wider to let the light in. It’s a simple place. We don't have fancy lights or those big reclining chairs you see in the city malls. Mostly, it’s just locals talking about the rain or the crop prices while they get a trim. I spend most of my day standing here with the scissors. My hands get tired by the evening, but seeing the same faces every week makes it okay. You know how it is in a small place like Gav-Karansar. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We share news and a bit of tea when there’s a break. The address is easy to find if you are near the bus stand. We don't plan on moving or changing much. It works for us and the people who live around here. Just a basic spot for a haircut without any fuss.
