We opened this shop on 80Ft Bazri Mandi Road 3 because the area was growing fast. It’s a busy spot in Vaishali Nagar and we stay pretty occupied from morning till late. People come in mostly for screen repairs or when their battery stops charging. We have a lot of different cables and covers hanging on the walls. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when three people want their phones fixed at once. I try to get things done quickly so nobody has to wait too long. It’s just a simple mobile store where we handle recharges and sell some basic accessories. Most of our customers live right here in the neighborhood. We know most of them by name now. The traffic on Bazri Mandi Road is always loud, but you get used to it. I’ve been sitting at this counter for a few years now. We don't have fancy displays or anything. It's just a practical place to get your phone sorted out. Sometimes we help people set up their new accounts or move photos. It’s not a big company, just me and a helper keeping things running. We keep some refurbished handsets too if someone needs a cheap backup. If you are walking down 80Ft road, you will see our sign. It's nothing special but we keep the lights on and the tools ready for whatever comes through the door.
