Kanishka Exports

Finding us at 3, Ta 52 in Jawahar Nagar is usually easy if you know the streets, though sometimes people get a bit lost in the lanes here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. Kanishka Exports isn’t some big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just our workspace where we manage everything. The building has some character, mostly because it's been around for years and has seen a lot of wear and tear. We spend most of our hours here dealing with shipments and checking on things. The neighborhood stays pretty active throughout the day, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’re used to it. We don't have a team of writers to make us sound fancy. We are just local people doing our jobs every day. There are a lot of boxes around most of the time. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We started out with just a couple of desks and a lot of hope. Now we just focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing gets missed. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to go out. It’s a repetitive life, but it works for us. We like being part of the Jawahar Nagar community. It feels like home after all this time spent at Ta 52.
