We’ve been over here at E-523 in the Sitapura Industrial Area for a good while now. It’s usually pretty loud in the workshop because someone is always welding or cutting sheets for a new coach body. Building these things takes a lot of patience and some heavy lifting. We handle the frames, the seating, and all the metalwork right here on-site. People around the RIICO area probably know our spot by the stacks of materials sitting outside. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. We spend most of our day in grease and dust making sure the buses are solid enough for the roads. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in and we have to get the skeletons of the coaches lined up just right. The guys here have been doing this for years, so they know exactly where every bolt goes without looking at a manual. We just focus on getting the work done. The heat in the shed gets a bit much in the summer, but we keep moving anyway. It's just a regular place where we work with our hands and try to keep things moving along. We don't really do much else besides building and fixing up these big vehicles. If you walk by, you’ll see us busy with the grinders and the paint. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day.
