Emu Lines Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Civil Lines at the Achrol Houses Scheme. We’re in block A 2. It’s a decent area, relatively quiet compared to the main market blocks, which helps when we’re trying to track shipments. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves coordinating freight and making sure things get from one point to another without getting stuck somewhere. Shipping and lines work is mostly about timing and dealing with people at different ports or depots. We spend a lot of time checking schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow or a truck gets delayed, and then we have to figure it out. It’s a lot of problem-solving, really. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for long enough that we don’t need to say much to get things moving.
