We are tucked away at number 1 in Indira Bazar. It’s a small spot, but we pack a lot into it. We mostly do mobile recharges, sell sim cards, and fix phones when they break. The counter is almost always covered with tools and tiny screws from whatever phone we’re working on that day. It’s a busy street outside, so there’s always a lot of noise coming in from the front. People come in all day with cracked screens or phones that won't turn on for some reason. We aren't some big tech center, just a local shop where you can get your phone sorted out without spending a whole lot of money. Sometimes we have to send things out if we don't have the right part in stock, but we try to do it all here ourselves. It gets pretty hot in the summer because the shop is so small and the fans can only do so much. We know a lot of the college kids and office workers who pass by every day. We don't spend any money on ads; the sign outside is usually enough for people to find us. It’s a simple life, just helping people stay connected with their families. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes forever to process a simple recharge, but our customers are usually patient with us. We’ve been here since the days when people only had those old basic mobile phones.
