K G Goyal & Co is tucked away in Chitragupta Nagar. Specifically, we are at number 8 near Imliwala Phatak. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you know the crossing. The office is usually quiet, which helps when you are staring at tax forms all day long. We have a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is just the way we like it. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays calm. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a few of us making sure everything adds up correctly. Sometimes the traffic near the phatak gets backed up, but we just keep working through it. If you are coming by, you can just look for the sign near the gate. We keep things pretty simple around here. No flashy brochures or anything like that. Just a lot of calculators and pens. We spend most of our time dealing with government forms and keeping track of deadlines. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of our clients are people who have been coming to us for years. They know where we sit and how we work. We don’t change much about the office. It works for us and it works for them. Just a regular office doing regular work for local people. We keep the spare files in the loft because there isn't much floor space left. It gets a bit dusty up there, but it keeps the desks clear.
