Jhalani Rubber Industries is tucked away at B - 304 E in Gandhi Nagar. We’ve been working with rubber products here for a long time. The smell of raw rubber is something you never really lose, it just stays in the clothes. Our space isn't huge, but we have managed to fit all the equipment we need. Most days are spent checking orders and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Gandhi Nagar is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows their role. We don't go in for big meetings or corporate talk. We just see what needs to be made and we get to it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down. The office part of the building is small and filled with samples from over the years. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. But we know where everything is. We handle the manufacturing and the shipping from this one location. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We've seen plenty of changes in the industry, but we just keep doing what we know best. It’s a simple life, really. Just focused on the work at hand and making sure the day goes smoothly at B - 304 E without any unnecessary interruptions or big problems.
