Jalmahal Textile & Craft

Jalmahal Textile & Craft is located over at 8 Ajmer Road. We are specifically in the Dusheharrah Kothi area of Govind Ngr. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially during the peak hours. You can see the textiles we have when you walk in. We deal with various fabrics and local crafts that people around here seem to like. The building is known as Dusheharrah Kothi, which helps people find us when they’re coming from the main Ajmer Road. It’s not a very modern building, but it stays relatively cool in the summer. We have piles of cloth everywhere. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit because of all the stock. We’ve been operating out of Govind Ngr for quite some time now. It’s a practical location for a textile business. Most of the people who come in are locals or folks passing through Ajmer Road. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. We just open up in the morning and wait for customers. The crafts we have are mostly traditional stuff. I spend a lot of time organizing the shelves, though they never stay neat for long. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside with all the materials. But that’s how it is at Jalmahal Textile & Craft. We just keep at it every day, making sure things are ready for whoever stops by the shop next.
