We've been at No. 205 Shubham Residency for a while now. Most people around Gyan Vihar know us as Jaipur Wala. It's not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with stuff from Jaipur, mostly textiles or crafts, but it’s more about the routine of it. We start early, have tea, and then check the stock. My cousin helps out when he can. It gets busy on Janpath, especially when deliveries arrive. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure orders go out right. Sometimes we get the addresses mixed up, but we fix it. It's just local business life. People stop by sometimes just to chat or see what's new in the pile. We keep the place tidy but it’s cramped with all the fabric rolls and boxes everywhere. It feels like home because it kind of is. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth around the neighborhood. If you're walking past Gyan Vihar, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun but it’s still there. We try to stay organized but some days are just chaotic with phone calls and packing. That's just how it goes here. We've seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up, but we're still here in the same spot. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy all the time. Sometimes we close early on Saturdays if there is a cricket match on.
