Our shop is at B-41a in Laxmi Narayan Puri. It's right by the Suraj Pole Gate and sits just across from Gautam Public School. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets when the kids are coming out of school. Traffic gets backed up and the street is full of noise. We've been here for a while now. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. We mostly just handle local requests. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing our work. We have some shelves with our stuff and a counter that’s seen better days. People stop in because they’re passing by or they live in the neighborhood. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. It's just a simple business. Sometimes the front door sticks a bit when it’s raining. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit if they have to wait. My brother and I run the place most days. We drink our tea and talk to the regulars who come by to chat. It’s not a big corporate operation. We just try to keep things moving and get through the day. Most of our customers are parents from the school or folks who live in the lanes behind the shop. It’s just a normal part of the street here.
