Sanganer is always crowded, and Tonk Road is even worse with the traffic. My shop is right there where everyone passes by. I called it Jai Ambey Mobile Point because I liked the name. Most of my day is spent looking through a magnifying glass at circuit boards. People drop their phones in water or crack their screens and bring them to me. I try to get them done quickly because nobody can live without their phone for more than an hour these days. The shop isn't very big, so it gets cramped when more than three people are inside. I keep some covers and screen guards on the walls to make it look decent. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and I have to wipe everything down twice a day. It’s a noisy spot with the horns and the buses stopping nearby. I’ve got a small stool behind the counter where I sit and do my work. I don't use a computer for accounts, just a thick diary where I write everything down. Sometimes I forget to eat lunch because there’s a line of people waiting. It's a busy life but I like the Sanganer area. You meet all kinds of people here. Some are in a hurry and some just want to chat while I fix their charging port. It's just a small shop on a big road.
