J V G M Communication is over in Malviya Nagar on Hari Marg B 16. It is a straightforward little shop where we handle anything related to mobile phones. The front window is usually covered with posters for different mobile networks and data plans. Inside, it is mostly just a counter and some shelves with chargers, headphones, and various phone accessories. We spend a lot of our time helping people who are having trouble with their internet settings or need to get a new connection. It is the kind of place where someone might walk in just to ask why their phone is acting slow. We do a lot of recharges for people who still prefer to pay in cash rather than using an app. The shop isn't very large, so if more than three people come in at once, it starts to feel pretty full. We have a small workbench in the corner where we do basic repairs, like swapping out a battery or fixing a button that has gotten stuck. Malviya Nagar is a busy residential area, so we see a lot of the same neighbors coming back when they need a new cable or just a simple repair. We don’t try to be anything fancy. We just open the shop in the morning, turn on the lights, and help whoever walks through the door with their phone problems.
