Down on Buxi Hemraj Street, specifically at number 782, you’ll find our spot, Iqbal Exports. Dariba Paan is a crowded area, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our door. Most of our time is spent in the back, checking items and getting them ready for shipping. Boxes are usually stacked up near the entrance because things are always coming in or going out. It gets a bit chaotic during the busy season when the orders pile up. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making sure the products are packed well so they don't get damaged on their long journey. Sometimes the traffic on the street makes it hard for the delivery vans to pull up, so we end up carrying stuff quite a bit. It’s a lot of physical work, really. The office part is just a small desk where we handle the paperwork and the emails. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, so we know the other shopkeepers around here. It feels like a community. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address and the daily routine of filling orders. People know where we are if they need us. It’s just us doing our jobs, day in and day out, trying to keep up with the pace of the export business in this busy part of the city.
