Indian Craft Store

Indian Craft Store is located at 180, Pratap Nagar, on Vashisth Marg, just off Khatipura Road. It’s a place where we keep all kinds of handmade items. It’s not like a modern shop with bright lights and glass cases. It’s more of a warehouse feel where things are tucked into corners and piled on shelves. We have a lot of wooden items, fabrics, and small trinkets. There’s always a bit of dust because of all the natural materials we store, but we don’t mind it much. We get items from different makers around the region. Sometimes the pieces have small flaws because they’re made by hand, but that’s what makes them real and interesting. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything fancy. It’s just us answering the phone and showing people around if they stop by. The street outside can get pretty busy with commuters, but inside it’s usually a bit quieter. We spend a lot of our time packing things carefully in bubble wrap so they don’t break during shipping. It’s a lot of tape and cardboard boxes piled up near the back door. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just like the crafts and we like selling them to people who appreciate that kind of work. It’s a straightforward business and we’ve been doing it this way at this address for a while now. We enjoy the variety of things we see.
