India Overseas School

We are based in Sector-6 of Pratap Nagar, right on the main Sanganer Sheopur Road. India Overseas School is a fairly large building that’s hard to miss if you’re driving by. It’s a busy part of the city. We have a lot of students coming from all over Pratap Nagar. The morning rush on Sanganer Sheopur Road is always a bit intense with the buses and parents dropping kids off. Inside, we have several floors of classrooms. It's a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We keep the place busy from early morning until the afternoon. We have a staff room that’s always full of teachers drinking tea and marking papers. It’s not a very quiet place, but schools rarely are. We have a small area for sports and activities, though we wish it was a bit bigger. Being in Sector-6 means we are close to everything, which is convenient for the parents. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, teach the subjects, and make sure the kids are doing their work. Some of the rooms could probably use a new coat of paint, but they serve their purpose well enough for now. We are just a local school doing what we can for the kids in this part of town. It's a lot of routine and hard work to keep things moving.
