India International School

Our school is located on Shipra Path in Mansarovar, right here in Jaipur. India International School has been here for quite some time now. People in the neighborhood usually recognize the building when they drive by. We aren't a corporate chain; it's just a local school doing its thing. The morning bell rings, and the halls fill up with students coming from all over the city. Jaipur gets hot, so we try to keep the rooms as comfortable as possible for the kids. We have a staff room where the teachers sit and drink tea while grading papers. It’s a busy place, especially when the parents come in to ask about their kids' grades. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just teaching. We follow the syllabus and try to make sure everyone understands the lessons before the day ends. The playground sees a lot of action during the lunch break. Sometimes things get a bit loud, but that’s just how schools are. We’ve seen many batches of students come and go over the years. Some come back to visit after they’ve finished college, which is always a nice surprise. We handle things as they come. If a window breaks or a desk gets wobbly, we fix it. It’s a practical place for kids to spend their day and learn something useful. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day without any extra ceremony.
