Heritage Dhani

Heritage Dhani is located right before the airport flyover in Sanganer, on Tonk Road. It is a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the cramped streets of the main city. We have a bit more space, and you can see the planes taking off and landing nearby. The place has a rustic feel to it, like a traditional village spot but on a main road. We spend a lot of our time maintaining the grounds and making sure the seating area is clean for anyone who stops by. Tonk Road is a major route, so we get a lot of people who are just passing through or coming from the airport. It is a simple setup where we focus on traditional surroundings. The sun can be quite strong out here, so we have plenty of shade for the guests. We are not a corporate hotel or a high-end restaurant with waiters in white gloves. It is a more relaxed place where things move at their own pace. Sometimes it gets quite busy in the evenings when the weather cools down and people want to get out of the house. We have a small team from the local area who helps with the cooking and the service. We don't have a big mission statement; we just keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever walks in. It is a practical business in a growing part of Sanganer.
