Hello Brothers Communication

Hello Brothers Communication is right in the middle of Saktar Shopping Centre, shop number 66 in Malviya Nagar. It’s a small space, but we pack a lot into it. Mostly, it’s just us dealing with phone repairs, recharges, and people coming in with questions about their gadgets. The shopping center gets really crowded in the evenings, so it can get a bit loud with all the chatter. We’ve got glass counters filled with accessories and some old phones we use for parts. It’s a family-style thing here, hence the name. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of stools if they aren't already taken. Sometimes we’re working on a screen and it takes longer than we thought, so things can get a bit backed up. We try to be straight with people about how much things cost and how long it’ll take. There’s always someone coming in asking for a discount, which is just how it goes in Malviya Nagar. We’ve got a small fan that barely does the job in the summer, but we’re used to it. It’s not a corporate store where everyone wears a uniform. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors. It’s been our daily routine for a long time now. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all help each other out when needed. Usually, someone brings over some samosas in the afternoon and we all take a ten minute break together here in the shop.
