Handicraft

We are located in the Sikar Road Industrial Area. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an industrial zone. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of machines never really stops. Our place is simply called Handicraft. We do the manual work here. It’s a lot of physical labor. Sikar Road is always busy with traffic coming in from the highway. You have to be careful crossing the street around here. The shed we work in is large and stays cool enough even when the sun is out. We don't have any fancy signage. People who need us usually know where we are. We focus on making the items. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s our daily routine. We’ve been in this industrial area for quite some time now. Most of the other business owners around here are friends. We borrow tools from each other or share a truck if needed. It’s a community of workers. We don't spend money on advertising. The work speaks for itself when people see it. Handicraft is just about getting the job done. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets really bad. By the time the sun goes down, we’re usually exhausted. It’s a hard way to make a living but it’s honest. We just stay here on Sikar Road and keep at it every day.
