Guru Kripa Telecom

Amer Road is a busy place because of all the tourists and the traffic heading toward the fort. Our shop, Guru Kripa Telecom, is located at Govind Nagar East 211. It is a small place where we sell mobile recharges, SIM cards, and various phone accessories like covers and earphones. There isn't a fancy showroom here. It is just a counter and some glass cases filled with cables and batteries. A lot of our customers are locals from Govind Nagar East who come in to pay their bills or get their phones checked. Sometimes tourists stop by because they need a local card or they forgot their charger at the hotel. We spend most of the day sitting behind the counter, talking to people and dealing with the small problems they have with their devices. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fan going and just keep working. There isn't any big mission or corporate strategy behind what we do. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and see who comes by. Amer Road is always loud with the sound of motorcycles and buses, but inside the shop, it’s just a normal day. We keep the inventory on the walls and make sure we have the latest top-up cards available. It is a straightforward way to spend the day, helping the neighborhood stay connected. We don't make a big fuss about it.
