Goyal Ashok & Co

Goyal Ashok & Co is situated on the 2nd floor of Dulha House in Bapu Bazar. This part of the city is incredibly busy, especially with all the shoppers and vendors downstairs. Bapu Bazar is famous for its narrow lanes and lots of people, so coming to work every day is always an adventure in navigating the crowds. Dulha House is a familiar building to many, and being on the second floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street level chaos. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you’re coming up. Our office is just a plain, working space where we handle all the affairs of Goyal Ashok & Co. It’s not a large place, and it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to organize. We’ve been in this location for quite some time and have gotten used to the noise and the smells of the market. Sometimes the electricity flickers, but that’s just part of being in an older building in this area. We drink a lot of chai and spend the day going through our work. It’s a very local feel here, with everyone knowing their neighbors and saying hello in the hallways. We don’t try to be anything we’re not, just a group of workers getting things sorted in the heart of the bazar.
