Govindam Mobile Point

We are Govindam Mobile Point, located in Jhotwara on Nivara Road. It’s a lively part of Jaipur and our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with cracked screens and batteries that won't hold a charge. It’s a small space, mostly filled with glass cases and tools for fixing phones. We have a lot of locals who walk in just to ask a quick question about their settings or to get a new screen protector put on. We try to be helpful. It’s not a big fancy showroom like you see in the malls. It’s just a practical shop where you can get your phone sorted without too much trouble. Sometimes the shop gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work. We have chargers, cables, and all those little things people always lose. Jaipur is hot, so we keep the small AC unit running as much as we can. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of our customers by name. It’s a good feeling when someone brings in a broken phone and we can get it working again for them. We don't do much marketing, we just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in with a problem. That’s how we spend our time on Nivara Road. We usually stay open a bit late on Saturdays because that is when most people have time to come by.
