We’ve been working out of Sodala for quite some time now. Our place is in Saini Colony, specifically Ram Nagar 19-20. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm compared to the markets. We have a lot of people from the nearby houses coming in with their home computers. Most of the time, they’ve got a virus or the power supply has burnt out because of the voltage jumps. The workshop is in the back, and the front is where we talk to customers. There are stacks of motherboards and old monitors that we use for testing. I’ve got a couple of guys who help me out with the repairs. We usually have a radio playing in the background, mostly old songs. It keeps the mood light while we’re dealing with stubborn hardware. Sometimes a customer brings us samosas if we fixed their machine quickly. That’s the best part of being in a neighborhood like this. We don't do anything fancy with our space. It’s just benches, tools, and a lot of cables. Dealing with the heat in the summer is the hardest part, but the desert coolers help a bit. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right so people can go back to their lives. It's a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big corporate rules here, just fixing what is broken.
