We are located right on Kabir Marg in Bani Park, at S-4-C. It’s a busy enough area and we see a lot of different faces every day. Most people come in because they need to use the internet for something specific, like filling out a government form or checking their email when their phone isn't cutting it. We have a row of computers set up for that. It’s not the newest setup in the world, but it works fine for what people need. We also do some computer repairs when things go wrong with someone’s laptop. Sometimes it’s just a broken screen or a keyboard that stopped working. We keep some basic supplies on hand, like cables and flash drives, because someone is always losing theirs. The cafe side of things stays pretty steady. We get students mostly, but also older folks who need help navigating a website. We also help people with printing out resumes or boarding passes. It’s funny how even with everyone having a phone, they still need a physical piece of paper sometimes. Our printers get a real workout some days. We try to keep the ink stocked up, but sometimes we run out right when someone is in a rush. That’s just life in a small shop. We don't have a corporate office or a big marketing budget. We just have our space here on Kabir Marg. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we are still here doing the same thing.
