Gourav Hair Dresser

We have been running this little shop for quite a few years now. You can find us at Shop No B - 432 in Sector 4. This part of Vidhyadhar Nagar is usually quite busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our place is right near the Shiv Fancy Store, so most people use that to find us if they haven't been here before. It is not a very big shop, just a few chairs and some mirrors that have been on the walls since we first opened. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from people walking in and out, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t do anything fancy here. It is just a place for a simple haircut or a shave. We keep the fans running all day because Jaipur gets so hot, though they make a bit of a clicking sound. Mostly it is local guys from around Sector 4 who come in. We know a lot of them by name by now. Sometimes someone will bring a newspaper and we all talk about what is happening in the city. There isn't any of that corporate stuff here. We just open up the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the first person to walk in. It is a quiet life in a way, despite the traffic outside on the street. We just try to do the work and keep the shop tidy for whoever comes in next.
